RETURN POLICY NOTE: All returns to DuraSlic require authorization. Please contact customer service. DuraSlic only accepts returns if the item/s are new and unopened, except in the case of known, verified and agreed upon manufacturing defect. Item/s must also be returned within 30 days of original delivery. Any kit or bundled item/s that are opened or missing parts are not refund eligible.

DuraSlic Xtreme Warranty: LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty (hereinafter “Warranty”) is provided by Florida CirTech, Inc. to the owner of the
vehicle coated with either DuraSlic Xtreme Ceramic Coating or DuraSlic 1500 (hereinafter “Coated Vehicle”).
Please contact your nearest DuraSlic Certified Installer immediately if manufacturing or workmanship defects
arise during the warranty period as set forth below for each coating respectfully. Please be advised that THIS
DOCUMENT INCLUDES WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS.

DuraSlic Xtreme Ceramic Coating

Vehicles coated with DuraSlic Xtreme Ceramic Coating will be warrantied for 7 years while under 84,000 miles
when it is applied by a DuraSlic Certified Installer. This Warranty is valid from the date of invoice for the initial
application of the Coating. This Warranty solely covers replacement of the DuraSlic Xtreme Ceramic Coating on
the Coated Vehicle. This Warranty does not cover application, installation, or replacement of any other related or
non-related services and is at all times subject to the conditions, requirements, limitations, and terms set forth
below.

DuraSlic 1500

Vehicles coated with DuraSlic 1500 will be warrantied for 4 years while under 48,000 miles when it is applied
by a DuraSlic Certified Installer. This Warranty is valid from the date of invoice for the initial application of the
Coating. This Warranty solely covers replacement of the DuraSlic Xtreme Ceramic Coating on the Coated
Vehicle. This Warranty does not cover application, installation, or replacement of any other related or non-related
services and is at all times subject to the conditions, requirements, limitations, and terms set forth below.
This Warranty, for vehicles coated with either the DuraSlic Xtreme Ceramic Coating or the DuraSlic 1500
(hereinafter “the Coatings”), is subject to the following provisions.

Warranty Conditions

This Warranty covers blistering, bubbling, cracking, delaminating, or peeling of the Coatings on the Coated Vehicle.
The Warranty does not protect against paint chips, scratches, or other mechanical damages to the Coated Vehicle. This
Warranty does not apply to vehicles used for commercial purposes.
In order to be covered under this Warranty, the Coatings must have been applied to the Coated Vehicle by a DuraSlic
Certified Installer on a surface that is properly corrected and prepared to receive the Coatings. The DuraSlic Certified
Installer must be informed within 14 days of application of any suspected product failure. This Warranty is limited to
preparing and re-coating the affected area to correct product failure on the Coated Vehicle. The correction shall be completed
as soon as practicable. The correction must be completed at the facility in which the original application was performed
unless otherwise agreed by the owner of the Coated Vehicle and the DuraSlic Certified Installer.
The Coated Vehicle must be inspected and maintained every six (6) months by a DuraSlic Certified Installer as
described in Product Maintenance below.

The Coated Vehicle must be inspected by a DuraSlic Certified Installer every six (6) months to check the condition
of the Coatings. During this inspection, the Coated Vehicle will be examined. If the vehicle requires cleaning for the
purposes of conducting the inspection, cleaning costs must be paid by the owner of the Coated Vehicle. The DuraSlic
Certified Installer and Florida CirTech, Inc. will in no way be responsible for pre-inspection cleaning costs.
The Coatings must be maintained by using a hand wash system only. The Coated Vehicle must not be washed by
any other means, including but not limited to automatic car wash systems. The Coated Vehicle must not be washed, cleaned,
or otherwise maintained using any harsh chemicals. Only a pH neutral car wash soap should be used when washing the
Coated Vehicle. Aggressive compounds or polish should never be used to clean or maintain the Coated Vehicle.
The Coated Vehicle must be maintained as described above or this Warranty will not apply. Please contact a
DuraSlic Certified Installer with any questions or concerns regarding vehicle maintenance.

Agreement Exclusions and Limitations

This Warranty is limited to those items expressly set forth herein. Loss, damage, or other failures that will not be
covered under this Warranty include, but are not limited to, the following:
(1) Paint chips or other mechanical damages;
(2) Damage caused by racing applications;
(3) Damage caused by failure to repair and re-treat surfaces subject to accident damage in accordance
with this Agreement;
(4) Loss as a result of the Coated Vehicle being involved in a motor vehicle accident or collision;
(5) Damage caused by any alteration or modification to the Coated Vehicle surface;
(6) Damage caused by sprinkler systems and automated car washes;
(7) Pre-existing damages that occurred prior to the term of this Agreement;
(8) Damage caused by tar, acid, bleach, or other caustic, corrosive, abrasive, or harsh substances;
(9) Damage resulting from neglect, abuse, or any intentional act;
(10) Damage due to an original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) defect in the Coated Vehicle; or
(11) Failure of the Coated Vehicle owner to adhere to any requirements listed under terms of this
Agreement.
Further, Florida CirTech, Inc. will not accept liability under this Warranty if there is any evidence of:
(1) Failure to follow the Product Maintenance requirements above;
(2) Damage caused by tar, acid, bleach, or other caustic, corrosive, abrasive, or harsh substances;
(3) Damage as a result of a motor vehicle accident or collision;
(4) Damage caused by other voluntary or involuntary acts by the owner or agent of the owner of the
Coated Vehicle; or
(5) Failure to follow all requirements set forth herein.

Terms and Disclaimers
This Warranty shall be solely for the benefit of the owner of the Coated Vehicle at the time and date of invoice for
the initial application of the Coatings. The benefit of this Warranty is personal and may not be assigned or transferred in
whole or in part at any time.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FLORIDA CIRTECH, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWEVER CAUSED AND
REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY OR FORESSEABILITY WHETHER OR NOT SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE
IS CAUSED BY THE FAULT OR NEGLIGENCE OF FLORIDA CIRTECH, INC., ITS EMPLOYEES, OR
AGENTS. FLORIDA CIRECH, INC.’S LIABILITY ON ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND SHALL BE LIMITED TO
REAPPLICATION OF THE COATINGS ON THE COATED VEHICLE.
EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, NEITHER FLORIDA CIRTECH,
INC., ITS EMPLOYEES, NOR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR
OTHERWISE, RELATING TO THE COATINGS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL
WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR USAGE IN
TRADE.
